Report on Roleplays
In this guide, we explain the roleplay report — a complete breakdown of what it includes, how to analyze it, and how to use it to improve your skills.
After completing a roleplay, you receive an automatically generated feedback report.
What's on the Report Page
The roleplay report page consists of three sections:
- Overall Assessment (located on the left, in the scoring panel)
Here, you will see the total dialogue score — a composite average of your performance across all skills assessed in the scenario.
Immediately adjacent, your scores for each individual evaluation criterion are displayed.
- Brief Dialogue Summary (positioned on the left, below the scores)
This section contains a descriptive overview of your performance during the dialogue. It details the specific skills and competencies you demonstrated, highlighting your key strengths and identifying areas for further growth.
- Dialogue Analysis (located on the right)
Here, you can review the complete conversation transcript, accompanied by concrete, actionable recommendations designed to enhance the effectiveness of your communication.
Contents of the Dialogue Analysis Block
In this block, you will see your entire dialogue presented line by line, along with specific prompts suggesting how the responses could have been improved.
| Element | What It Displays |
|---|---|
| Assistant | The phrases spoken by the AI. |
| You | Your line in the dialogue. |
| Suggested Improvement | A more effective version of your phrase — along with an explanation of why it is likely to work better. |
| Bonus Tip | Recommendations that extend beyond a single phrase. They suggest further steps you can take in the future to better steer the conversation, achieve the goal more efficiently, and enhance the overall impact of the communication. |
💡 Simply put: "Suggested Improvement" teaches you how to say it better. "Bonus Tip" shows you what else you could do.
What Else You Can Do with the Report
The report is not just food for thought. You can actively work with it.
