To ensure everything runs smoothly, please check your device and internet speed.

Internet Speed

Incoming — at least 5 Mbps. Outgoing — at least 2 Mbps.

Computer

Processor — at least 2 GHz. RAM — at least 4 GB.

Audio

Microphone and speakers/headphones. Built-in, USB, or wireless (Bluetooth) devices will work.

Webcam

SD or HD resolution (built-in or USB).

🌐 Which Browsers Are Supported

The platform works on all modern browsers on computers, smartphones, and tablets.

On Computers (Windows, macOS, Linux):

  • Chrome: 109 and higher.

  • Edge: 131 and higher.

  • Firefox: 128 and higher.

  • Safari: 15.6 and higher.

  • Opera: 113 and higher.

On Smartphones and Tablets:

  • Chrome 132 and higher.

  • Firefox 132 and higher.

  • UC Browser 15.5 and higher.

  • QQ Browser 14.9 and higher.

  • Opera Mobile: 80 and higher.

  • Safari 15.6 and higher

For the platform to work correctly, especially in corporate networks, add the following addresses and protocols to your firewall exceptions.

Domain - *.play-avatar.app/*

IP Addresses - 172.191.206.61 and 172.178.44.131

Protocols and Ports

To transmit video, audio, and data, traffic must be allowed via the following protocols: WebRTC, TCP, UDP, WSS.

⚠️ If you are using a corporate network or public Wi-Fi and are experiencing connection issues, please contact your system administrator and provide them with this list of addresses to configure access.
