How to create a scenario
To create a scenario, you must have the "Author" or "Administrator" role in the system.
No installation is required. The platform is fully cloud-based and works directly in the browser on your computer or mobile device.
Step 1. Start creating a scenario
To create a new scenario, click the "Create" button. You'll be taken to the scenario creation page.
Step 2. Write your prompt
A prompt is a detailed instruction for the neural network that forms the basis of the entire role-play. The more detailed the prompt, the more realistic and useful the dialogue will be.
The total text length must not exceed 500,000 characters.
💡For best results, we recommend specifying up to 3 goals and up to 5 competencies per scenario. Any more than that may overwhelm the participant and reduce assessment accuracy.
4 key components of an effective prompt
Before writing a prompt, you need to have a clear understanding of what problem it should solve. For example, you might encounter issues with employees such as poor customer service, an inability to respond politely to criticism, or difficulties in conflict resolution. If you have a clear view of the problem, it 'll be easier to describe exactly what the scenario should include.
The main components of an effective prompt:

| Bot | What role does the bot play and how should it behave? | The employee typically arrives 10–15 minutes later than scheduled and explains this by citing traffic jams or urgent personal matters. During the conversation, they make excuses by saying they are not missing anything important and always complete their work on time, while also being open to feedback. |
| Goal | What skills or types of situations should participants practice? | The goal is to help managers practice delivering calm, clear feedback that reinforces discipline and personal responsibility. |
Step 3. Type or speak your prompt
You can type your prompt as text or record it by voice. To do so, click the microphone icon. A voice input bar will appear, and you'll see the recording.
Prompt from an existing file
You can upload an existing file. To do so, click the plus sign in the text input bar. The neural network will automatically extract information from it and incorporate it into the roleplay.
⚠️ Currently, only PDF files are supported. You can upload up to three files at a time, and the neural network will extract the necessary information from them on its own.
Step 4. Submit your prompt for generation and wait for the scenario to be created
To submit your prompt for generation, click the arrow.
The neural network will analyze the text and build a scenario structure. This process usually takes between 15 and 25 seconds — the time depends on the size and complexity of the request.
