Cheat Sheet: Prompt Checklist for the Game

Cheat Sheet: Prompt Checklist for the Game

Describe briefly:

✅Context — where the game takes place and in what field. For example: a mobile operator’s call center agent talking to a subscriber.

✅ Who will play — who the participants are (newcomers, current employees, managers) and why they need this training.

✅ Goals for the game — what skills or situations the participants should practice, based on real-world problems. For example: customer retention, handling price objections.

Describe in more detail:

✅ The Avatar (AI Assistant) — who they are playing and how they behave:

  • What the avatar should know about themselves: what their plan includes, how much they pay, reasons for dissatisfaction with their current plan, etc.

  • Mood, motivation, and attitude toward the participant.

✅ Sequence of actions — what steps the avatar should take during the conversation. For example: first complains, then compares with a competitor, then listens to the operator’s suggestions.

✅ Conditions for the dialogue to develop or end — under what conditions the avatar will start doubting their decision to leave: what might interest them, and what, on the contrary, might irritate them. For example: “If the operator offers a discount, the customer will be interested, but won’t agree to a one-time discount for just one month — they’ll settle for an offer of at least two months.”

✅ Objections and questions the avatar should voice. For example: “The competitor is cheaper,” “Why aren’t there any discounts?” “I pay a lot, but the connection quality keeps getting worse.”

Additionally, you can submit:

✅ Evaluation criteria / corporate competency model — what signs are used to assess the success of the dialogue.

✅ Other informative materials — brief descriptions of plans, prices, customer communication rules, competitor offers, and other data that will help make the scenario closer to reality.
