How to make a bot's speech simple and natural in form and content.

If a bot responds in an overly long and formal way, it can be fixed in a couple of minutes. Below we'll look at two techniques for your script to make the bot's speech more lively and concise.

Technique 1: Limiting sentence length

The fastest way to make speech less "robotic" is to make the bot concise. To do this, you can add a command to the script:

Always responds with one sentence. Does not repeat the same thought twice within a single reply.

Technique 2: Adding specific example phrases

To make speech sound lively, show the bot exactly what to say. This works better than general commands.
